Balmertown FSC's goal is to allow participants of all ages to learn how to skate and develop their skills. We offer a competitive and fun environment for youth skaters of all levels and recreational programs for those working to move into other ice sports.

CANSKATE PROGRAM
Designed for beginners of all ages—CanSkate helps you improve basic skating skills for figure skating, hockey, ringette, or speed skating, while promoting fitness and fun.

ICE TIMES
Thursdays 5:30-6:20pm
Sundays 3:00-3:50pm
BFSC is piloting a Parent & Tot Program for young skaters (age 3) who have never been on skates before and may need the support of a parent on the ice - ice time TBD
If you are interested in the Parent & Tot Program please register your skater for the CanSkate Program and then complete the additional Parent & Tot information

STARSKATE PROGRAM
The STAR curriculum is Canada’s premier figure skating program. It lays the groundwork for future champions in singles, pairs, ice dance, and synchronized skating by introducing participants to all the figure skating essentials.​
